So, here we are with the sands of December 2017 running clean and fast through the egg-timer of the world. In a few scant hours it will be 2018. A new year with all the hope, dreams and challenges which that brings with it. [The fact that it is an even number year which pleases me should possibly go unmarked...]
I have been in correspondence with a lovely person from eBay and in passing swapped the fact that I write and publish my own fiction and poetry. She kindly had a look on the Kindle Store to try to find some of my work but could only find two works - a Novella and my first Poetry Collection. Thus I thought that, if anyone ever visits this blog or site to look for my work, a direct method to get to my Kindle presence might be useful. To this end, here are a few direct links to my work on the Kindle Store: amazon.com/author/alan_mitchell or you can try the UK site: www.amazon.co.uk/-/e/B01MDIVETG or if neitherof them work, in desperation you could try the US site: https://www.amazon.com/Alan-Mitchell/e/B01DL1FAQI I had not been aware but one of my books - as unruly kids are often want to do - had gone AWOL from my page. Thus I searched for it and brought it back under control and - in a day or so - onto my page. If you can't see 'Reflections in the Mirror' within a day or so of this post then it has gone off sulking again like an unruly teenager after being asked to clean up their room. My latest fiction offering - 'Dances of Friendship' - which has been in print for a few months now; is also going to be available as an eBook very soon. And at some point in early to mid-January, my poetry collection of 2017 ('Moments in Time') will also become available online and in print. Now, if anyone reads this, and if that person knows somewhere that I could try to sell my books through (an independent bookshop, curios shop, cafe or tea room perhaps); then please send me an email! Thanks for visiting and reading this blog, hope your Christmas was lovely and that your New Year celebrations will be highly entertaining! Stay safe and keep reading all.... A R C
